2. Shipping charges

Shipping is currently free on orders placed on vijaayafoods.com. If this changes, any shipping charge will be clearly shown on the checkout page before you pay.

3. Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after the payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier partner. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather or other reasons beyond our control.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking details with you by email.

6. Delivery issues

Please check the package at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged or the product is wrong, inform us within 48 hours of delivery as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
