We sell spices and related food products. We try to show product names, pack sizes, prices and images as accurately as possible. Actual colour and appearance may vary slightly from the images. All products are subject to availability.
3. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The final amount payable, including any applicable charges, is shown on the checkout page before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of your order will apply to that order.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully received. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or product information, or if a transaction appears suspicious. If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the full amount will be refunded.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed securely through HDFC Bank SmartGateway (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and wallets). We do not store your card or bank login details on our website.
6. Shipping, cancellation and refunds
Delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide correct information when placing an order. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its working.
